How We Work
Four-Stage Vertical Integration.
We absorb variability at every stage — so you receive stable, engineered, in spec material every shipment, every time.
Stage 01
Feedstock Management
Post-consumer and post-industrial streams arrive and are immediately lot-identified, segregated, and assessed. Variability is managed at entry — not at your molding machine.
Stage 02
Preparation & Sorting
Size reduction, washing, density separation, optical sorting, triboelectric sorting, and rubber removal. Outputs: clean, homogeneous material with stable, predictable feeding behavior.
Stage 03
Advanced Compounding
Multiple recycled streams, additives, fillers, and colors combined under controlled gravimetric dosing. Vacuum degassing removes volatiles. All variability is managed here — upstream of you.
Stage 04
Quality & Delivery
In-line quality control, ISCC PLUS certified lot traceability, FDA compliance validation. You receive pellets with defined behavior, consistent spec windows, and full documentation.
